Paper sympathetic and sometimes just in certain conclusions are often TOO row for journalists / editors. In my opinion, by too much trust to official notification that more than a few times (just look at the TG "itagliani") is "channeled" by the powers that economics and politics. Honestly, I do not think the buy back.
